Joseph Hartnett
Co-Owner
Joseph was born and raised in Mcclellanville South Carolina. His formative years were spent in the outdoors, hunting and fishing in the woods and creeks of the low country. From a young age he enjoyed building things, starting off custom bird boxes for the local blue birds. He found himself on the job site before the age of ten, helping his grandfather who was a custom home builder. Joseph’s love of building grew up with him as he graduated from building bird houses to real houses. Combining years of on site experience with generational knowledge, Joseph continues his family’s legacy of building homes and additions that stand the test of time.
Rigel Jessen
Co-Owner
I was raised in McClellanville South Carolina where I spent my time exploring my interests in hunting, fishing, and building. While I've spent my life enjoying nature and the surrounding outdoors, I look forward to the future and the opportunity to be a part of building it. I come from a line of both residential and commercial contractors, allowing me to be able to gain first hand experience at a young age. At 23 years old I am able to convert my experience as a residential contractor, septic installer and developer into a full service business, dedicated to new builds, additions, remodels, and full scale developments.
